The invention discloses a cast-in-place box girder construction method. The method comprises the steps that a strip-shaped foundation is arranged in a construction area; a plurality of stand columns are arranged on the strip-shaped foundation in a connected mode; a construction support is assembled on the multiple stand columns; construction formworks are installed on the construction support, a pouring space is defined by the construction formworks, and concrete is poured into the pouring space to form a beam body; and a prestressed pipeline is installed in poured concrete, prestressed tendons are tensioned in the prestressed pipeline, the ends of the prestressed tendons are connected to the two ends of the beam body in an inserted mode respectively, the prestressed tendons are installed in the beam body, and the cast-in-place box beam is formed. The cast-in-place box girder construction method aims at solving problems that in the prior art, the construction method is tedious in step, and the construction efficiency is low.
本发明公开一种现浇箱梁施工方法,包括:在施工地区布设条形基础;在所述条形基础上连接设置多个立柱;在所述多个立柱上拼装施工支架;在所述施工支架上安装施工模板,各所述施工模板之间围合形成有浇筑空间,在所述浇筑空间内浇筑混凝土以成型梁体;在浇筑的混凝土内安装预应力管道,在所述预应力管道内张拉预应力筋,所述预应力筋的端部分别插接至所述梁体的两端,所述梁体内安装所述预应力筋、构成现浇箱梁。本发明提供的所述现浇箱梁施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中,施工方法步骤繁琐,使得建设效率低下的问题。
