The branch fans, the middle mounting structure and the middle shaft are mounted and connected, and the middle mounting structure is located in the middle of branch fans. The middle mounting structure comprises a sub-rail, a sub-loading disc and loading grooves, the sub-rail is locked on the sub-loading disc, and the sub-loading disc is provided with the loading grooves. According to the invention, during slipping, the mounting device carries out transmission, the width of the fan mounting structure and the width of the mounting ring are increased, and the thickness of the fan mounting structure and the thickness of the mounting ring located on the equipment and the construction device are increased too. And then, fixity of the construction device is increased, and occurrence of slippage is avoided. If an applied force needs to be increased, the middle shaft performs transmission, which means that the right end of the middle shaft moves downwards to drive the construction device to move downwards, and the applied force is increased.
