Operation method for intelligently controlling length of cement soil mixing pile during construction
The invention provides an operation method for intelligently controlling the length of a cement soil mixing pile during construction. The operation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, determining the depth of a bearing stratum by using a static sounding method; secondly, enabling the numerical values of conical tip resistance and side wall resistance obtained by static sounding to correspond to indexes, determined according to design requirements, entering the bearing stratum, then determining the top elevation and the bottom elevation of the bearing stratum, and finally giving the accurate length of the construction pile; and determining the control parameters of the depth of a mixing pile machine drill entering the bearing stratum, determining the value of tension on a transmission chain when the mixing pile machine drill enters the top elevation of the bearing stratum and the current value of a driving motor for driving the bottom of the mixing drill to enter soil, and inputting the values into a mixing pile machine computer automatic control program for construction. According to the operation method, the judgment function of the bearing stratum in conventional geological survey is mainly enabled to correspond to the control parameters of construction equipment, namely the length of the construction pile is intelligently controlled according to the change of the value of the tension or the current value of the motor during drilling of a drill rod. The method is convenient in construction and easy to operate, the concept of fine design is embodied, and the construction cost is reduced.
一种智能化控制水泥土搅拌桩施工桩长操作方法,首先用静力触探法确定持力层深度:再将静力触探得出的锥尖阻力、侧壁阻力数值与设计要求确定的进入持力层指标进行对应,然后确定持力层的顶面高程和底面高程,最终给出准确的施工桩长;确定搅拌桩机钻头进入持力层深度控制参数确定搅拌桩机钻头进入持力层顶面高程时传动链条上拉力值及驱动搅拌钻头底部入土的驱动电机电流值,并输入到搅拌桩机电脑自动控制程序,进行施工。本发明主要是将常规地质勘察中对持力层的判断功能对应到施工设备控制参数上,即依据钻杆下钻时的拉力值或电机电流值的变化进行智能化控制施工桩长。该方法施工方便、操作简单,体现了精细化设计的理念,降低了工程造价。
