The invention provides a steel pipe pile foundation. The steel pipe pile foundation comprises an upper section pile and a lower section pile which are arranged in a butt joint mode; a lining ring is arranged at the joint of the upper section pile and the lower section pile, the lining ring is placed on the inner wall of the lower section pile, and the outer wall of the lining ring abuts against the inner wall of the upper section pile and the inner wall of the lower section pile at the same time; the lining ring is composed of a left half ring and a right half ring which are connected, and an embedded connecting piece is arranged between the left half ring and the right half ring; and lifting rings are arranged at the top of the upper section pile and the top of the lower section pile. Compared with the prior art, in the construction process of a steel pipe pile, water is not needed, so that resources are saved; grouting is not needed in the construction process, so that the influence on the surrounding environment is small; and meanwhile, concrete does not need to be poured in the construction process, the pile forming quality of the concrete does not need to be considered, so that resources are saved, the detection of the formed pile in the later period is reduced, and the construction of the steel pipe pile is facilitated.
