The invention discloses a construction method for cutting an ultrahigh concrete pipe pile by a rope saw. Through the method, the long, heavy and ultrahigh concrete pipe pile can be safely and efficiently cut; the main principle of the method is that a rope saw chain is wound on a pile body through a guide wheel, through motor driving, the rope saw and the pipe pile rub to realize cutting, and then a cut-away pile head is hoisted away through hoisting equipment; and the method comprises the following specific steps of construction preparation; surveying and setting out; hoisting rope binding according to the position of a hoisting point; rope saw system mounting and pile cutting; pile head hoisting; pile head hoisting and conveying; hoisting and conveying to a barge; and pile cutting of the next pile head. According to the method, the rope saw is used for cutting the ultrahigh concrete pipe pile, and only one-time cutting is needed, so that the pile cutting safety risk is reduced, the construction efficiency is high, the cutting quality is guaranteed, and great economic and social benefits are achieved.
