The ultrahigh-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile construction device comprises a base, a through groove, first hydraulic oil cylinders and a connecting plate, the through groove is formed in the base, the first hydraulic oil cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the top end of the base, and the connecting plate is fixed to the top ends of the first hydraulic oil cylinders. A drilling motor is started, under the action of a rotating shaft, on one hand, an adjusting gear is driven to rotate, under the action of adjusting teeth, a guide block and a guide groove, the drilling motor is driven to descend so as to do synchronous descending motion, and on the other hand, under the action of a driving bevel gear, a driven bevel gear is driven to rotate so as to do synchronous descending motion; through the operation, hole drilling can be conveniently conducted on the hard soil layer, so that the original structure of the hard soil layer is damaged, the pipe pile body can be conveniently and rapidly squeezed into the hard soil layer, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了超高强预应力混凝土管桩施工装置,包括底座、通槽、第一液压油缸、连接板,所述底座的内部开设有通槽,所述底座顶端的两侧均设置有第一液压油缸,且第一液压油缸的顶端固定有连接板。本发明通过启动钻孔电机在转动轴的作用下一方面带动调节齿轮做旋转运动,且在调节齿牙与导向块和导向槽的作用下带动钻孔电机做下降运动,从而做同步的下降运动,而另一方面在主动锥齿轮的作用下带动从动锥齿轮做旋转运动,从而带动钻杆做旋转运动,通过上述操作便于对硬土层进行转孔,从而破坏硬土层原状结构,以便于管桩本体快速的挤入硬土层中,继而降低施工难度,提高施工效率。
