The invention discloses a construction method of an underground frame foundation connecting structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that a groove body side line is determined, and a first construction section reinforcement cage, a first construction section connector, a later construction section reinforcement cage and a later construction section connector are prefabricated; a first construction section groove section is excavated according to the side boundary of the groove body, the first construction section reinforcement cage and the first construction section connector are lowered, and concrete is poured into the first construction section groove section to form a first frame foundation; a later construction section groove section is excavated according to the side boundary of the groove body, the later construction section connector and the later construction section reinforcement cage are lowered, the later construction section connector and the first construction section connector are oppositely placed to form a connector box, and then concrete is poured into the later construction section groove section to form a second frame foundation; and the first frame foundation and the second frame foundation are connected in the connector box, and then concrete is poured into the connector box to complete construction. According to the construction method, the bending moment load can be effectively transmitted, and the problem that the continuous underground frame foundation is weak in bending resistance and shearing resistance at the construction joint is solved.
