A hole is formed in the base plate, a foundation anchor bolt is arranged in the hole in a penetrating mode and adopts double nuts, an anti-shearing key for bearing column foot shearing force is welded to the lower part of the bottom plate, the anti-shearing key adopts an I-shaped section, a peripheral concrete column with a square section is arranged below the bottom plate, and the section size of the peripheral concrete column is larger than that of the steel frame column.
