Prefabricated assembly type shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type shear wall and a construction method thereof. The shear wall comprises a wall body, the wall body comprises an upper wall, a lower wall and a connecting floor connected with the upper wall and the lower wall, horizontal distribution ribs, vertical distribution ribs and supporting components are arranged in the wall body, and the supporting components are arranged at the ends and the intersection points of the wall body. The supporting components comprise profile steel, spiral stirrups and a plurality of studs, the studs are welded to the surface of the profile steel, and the spiral stirrups are arranged around the profile steel. The supporting components of the upper wall are connected with the supporting components of the lower wall in a welded mode, and the vertical distribution ribs of the upper wall are connected with the vertical distribution ribs of the lower wall. According to the shear wall, edge component longitudinal bars in a traditional prefabricated assembly shear wall are replaced with the profile steel, so that during vertical connection, only the profile steel for welding and connecting the upper wall and the lower wall needs to be aligned, alignment connection of a large number of edge component longitudinal bars is avoided, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式剪力墙及其施工方法,预制装配式剪力墙包括墙体,墙体包括上墙、下墙以及连接上墙和下墙的连接楼板,墙体内设有水平分布筋、竖向分布筋以及支承构件,支承构件设置于墙体的端部和交点处;支承构件包括型钢、螺旋箍筋以及若干个栓钉,栓钉焊接于型钢表面,螺旋箍筋环绕型钢设置;上墙的支承构件与下墙的支承构件焊接连接,上墙的竖向分布筋与下墙的竖向分布筋连接。本发明提供的预制装配式剪力墙利用型钢替换了传统预制装配剪力墙内的边缘构件纵筋,因此在竖向连接时仅需对准焊接连接上、下墙的型钢,避免了对大量的边缘构件纵筋进行对位连接,大幅缩短了工期,降低了施工成本。
