In the construction process, the assembling type tool columns are used for carrying out inserting construction on the stand column, the hoisting difficulty of the stand column is greatly reduced, the perpendicularity adjusting and center positioning process of the stand column is simplified, and the perpendicular precision and the center positioning precision of the inserted stand column are remarkably improved.
