The invention provides a modular building stand column unit connecting system. The modular building stand column unit connecting system comprises a special-shaped stand column and a connecting plate, wherein the special-shaped stand column comprises a stand column body, a top face end plate and a bottom face end plate; the top face end plate and the bottom face end plate are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the stand column body in a matched mode; the stand column body comprises two webs perpendicularly connected at one side edge and two flange plates perpendicularly connected with the two webs correspondingly; the two flange plates are close to each other, and a gap is reserved between the two flange plates; the two webs, the top face end plate and the bottom face end plate are each provided with a plurality of bolt holes; the connecting plate comprises three plane plates which are perpendicularly connected with one another; a right angle formed by two of the plane plates and the third plane plate form at least one right-angle quadrant; the plane plates are provided with a plurality of bolt holes; and the end of the special-shaped stand column is placed in the right-angle quadrant of the connecting plate in a matched mode and fixed through bolts. The modular building stand column unit connecting system is simple in structure, good in joint stress performance, capable of being used in a full-decoration and full-prefabrication modular building system of multi-storey and high-rise buildings and capable of achieving 100% prefabrication of the buildings.
本发明提供一种模块化建筑立柱单元连接体系,包括异形立柱和连接板;异形立柱包括立柱本体和适配设于立柱本体顶、底端的顶面端板、底面端板;立柱本体包括两块于一侧边处垂直连接的腹板和分别与两块腹板垂直连接两块翼缘板,两块翼缘板相互靠近且两者之间留有间距,两块腹板和顶面端板、底面端板上均开设若干螺栓孔;连接板包括三个平面板,平面板之间均相互垂直连接,其中两个平面板形成的直角与第三个平面板构成至少一个直角象限;平面板上开设若干螺栓孔;异形立柱的端部适配放置于连接板的直角象限中,螺栓固定。本发明结构简单、节点受力性能好,可用于多、高层建筑的全装修、全预制模块建筑体系中,可实现建筑的100%预制化。
