The invention provides a glass fiber reinforced plastic lining pad for a concrete surface, and relates to the field of glass fiber reinforced plastic application. The glass fiber reinforced plastic lining pad comprises outer fiber layers and a connecting layer, wherein the connecting layer is connected with the outer fiber layers at the two sides; the outer fiber layers are formed by weaving glass fibers in a staggered way. The adhesion intensity of the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining pad and concrete is improved; the concrete surface bonding force is enhanced; and the concrete structure intensity and the sealing performance are improved.
