The invention provides construction equipment and a construction method for a glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney lining. The construction equipment for the glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney lining comprises a construction platform, a hoisting device, a heating device for heating and an air bag for applying pressure to the heating device; and an annular mold is arranged on the periphery of the construction platform and provided with a groove used for containing an air bag. The construction method of the glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney lining comprises the steps that a constructor is conveyed to a preset position in a chimney through the construction equipment of the glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney lining, and then the inner wall of the chimney is coated with a layer of vinyl resin to obtain a primer film; a vinyl ester resin glass fiber prepreg tape is bonded on the primer film, and then the heating device is pressed on the vinyl ester resin glass fiber prepreg tape through the air bag; and the vinyl ester resin glass fiber prepreg tape is heated and cured by the heating device to obtain the chimney lining. The construction equipment and the construction method for the glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney lining are easy to operate, high in efficiency and low in cost.
