The invention provides a winter-summer dual-purpose spectral regulation directional heat flux energy-saving glass window. The glass window comprises an outer window frame, an inner window frame and a spectral regulation glass body, wherein the spectral regulation glass body comprises a layer of light splitting glass and two layers of common glass, the light splitting glass and the common glass are sequentially arranged at intervals and packaged in the inner window frame, hollow layers are formed between the light splitting glass and the common glass and between the two pieces of common glass, the inner window frame is rotatably arranged in the outer window frame, and the inner window frame and the outer window frame can be attached to each other; and the light splitting glass is transparent glass mixed with three kinds of nano-particles of dysprosium tin oxide, tungsten cesium oxide and titanium dioxide, and the light splitting glass has the high absorption characteristic on ultraviolet rays and near infrared rays and the high transmission characteristic on visible light. According to the glass window, sunlight of different wave bands is separated through the light splitting glass, the inner window frame is turned over, double-effect use in summer and winter can be achieved, and independent regulation of solar light and heat is achieved.
