The invention discloses a tunnel anti-skid reinforcing structure suitable for an underneath pass landslide. The tunnel anti-skid reinforcing structure comprises a primary support, a secondary lining and a plurality of anti-skid piles, wherein the primary support and the secondary lining are arranged in a tunnel structure, and the anti-skid piles are arranged on the same side of the tunnel structure; and the secondary lining is fixed to the inner wall of the primary support, the anti-skid piles are evenly arranged in the shape changing direction of the tunnel structure, and each anti-skid pile is fixedly connected with a steel frame layer of the primary support through a corresponding pre-stressed anchor cable. The primary support of the tunnel structure is fixedly and effectively connected with the existing anti-skid piles on the side through the pre-stressed anchor cables, the shape and position of the tunnel structure are adjusted by applying prestress, the tunnel structure is adjusted and reinforced, the steel frame layer of the primary support is adjusted in place, the overall rigidity of the tunnel structure is improved, and the anti-skid capacity of the tunnel structure is effectively improved.
