The building reinforcement foundation comprises an enlarged foundation precast slab and anchoring bodies symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the enlarged foundation precast slab, a pouring pipe is arranged in the enlarged foundation precast slab, and a grouting branch pipe penetrating into a soil layer around the enlarged foundation precast slab is further arranged outside a pipe body of the pouring pipe; a containing groove is formed in the top of the expanded foundation prefabricated slab, a supporting body matched with the containing groove is arranged in the containing groove, any anchoring body comprises a vertically-arranged pipeline and a steel-concrete structure body arranged on the periphery of the pouring pipeline, and the bottom end of the pipeline communicates with a pouring pipe in the expanded foundation prefabricated slab. The method has the advantages of being good in reinforcing effect and effective in reinforcing measure.
