Processing technology of cement clinker
The invention relates to the technical field of cement processing, in particular to a processing technology for cement clinker. A processing device used in the processing technology comprises a shell, wherein a screening cavity, a smashing cavity and a material storage cavity which are distributed along a vertical direction are formed in the shell; a screening device for screening the cement clinker is installed in the screening cavity; and a pressurizing mechanism used for crushing large-particle cement clinker is mounted in the crushing cavity. The screening device in the screening cavity can effectively screen the cement clinker; when the cement clinker initially falls into an umbrella-shaped material guiding plate, a driving motor is started to drive stirring blades on a stirring shaft to scrape off falling materials on the surface of the umbrella-shaped material guiding plate, so on one hand, a cement clinker discharging speed is increased, and on the other hand, the scattering uniformity of the cement clinker on a conical hopper is improved through the additionally-arranged umbrella-shaped material guiding plate; and a heating plate can heat an arc-shaped material guiding plate and a smashing tank, and cement clinker drying efficiency is improved in virtue of both the arc-shaped material guiding plate and the smashing tank.
本发明涉及水泥加工技术领域,具体的说是一种水泥熟料的加工工艺,所述加工装置包括壳体,所述壳体内设有上下分布的筛分腔、粉碎腔和储料腔,所述筛分腔内安装有用于对水泥熟料进行筛分的筛分器,所述粉碎腔中安装有用于对大颗粒水泥熟料进行碾碎的加压机构。本发明筛分腔内的筛分器可以有效的对水泥熟料进行筛分,而在水泥熟料初落至伞型导料板中时,开启驱动电机带动搅拌轴上的搅拌片对伞型导料板表面的落料进行刮除,一方面提高了水泥熟料下料的速率,另一方面增设的伞型导料板提高了水泥熟料在锥形斗上散落的均匀性,而加热板一方面可以对导料弧形板进行加热,另一方面可以对粉碎罐进行加热两者均提高了水泥熟料干燥的效率。
