Method for preparing foam geopolymer from silicon-manganese alloy slag
The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources, and discloses a method for preparing a foam geopolymer from silicon-manganese alloy slag. The method comprises the following steps: mixing ball-milled and sieved silicon-manganese alloy slag with an alkaline activator, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer according to a certain ratio to obtain geopolymer slurry, and carrying out molding, foaming and closed maintenance to obtain the foam geopolymer. The alkaline activator is a mixture of sodium hydroxide and water glass, a weight ratio of the sodium hydroxide to the water glass is 1: 2 to 5: 1, and the addition amount of the alkaline activator is 10-20 wt% of the silicon-manganese alloy slag; the foaming agent is hydrogen peroxide, and the adding amount of the foaming agent is 1-10 wt% of the silicon-manganese alloy slag; and the foam stabilizer is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and triethanolamine, a weight ratio of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to triethanolamine is 1: 1, and the addition amount of the foam stabilizer is 1-5 wt% of the silicon-manganese alloy slag. The foam geopolymer prepared by the method has the characteristics of high strength, flame retardance, heat preservation and the like. According to the method, solid waste recycling is realized, the process is simple, cost is low, and the problem of green recycling treatment of the silicon-manganese alloy slag is solved.
