The invention provides a method for recovering valuable manganese from manganese-silicon alloy water granulated slag, and relates to the technical field of valuable manganese recovery, the method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing the manganese-silicon alloy water granulated slag, and passing through a 1mm sieve to obtain crushed slag; s2, the disintegrating slag is subjected to acid pickling with sulfuric acid and then filtered, and filter residues and filtrate are obtained; and S3, adding an iron removal agent into the filtrate, adjusting the pH value to 3.5-3.7, and filtering to obtain a second filter residue and an iron-removed filtrate. According to the method, the crushed slag which is about 1mm is adopted, the shape of the water granulated slag subjected to acid pickling is basically not changed, the content of elements such as silicon and calcium for cement plants is basically not changed, the value of the water granulated slag is improved, and compared with the traditional method for crushing the manganese-silicon alloy water granulated slag by adopting a grinding mode, the production cost is greatly reduced, so that the recovery of manganese has higher value; the value is mainly reflected in two aspects, the recovery cost of manganese is reduced, and the quality of the filter residue as a cement raw material is improved.
本发明提供一种从锰硅合金水渣中回收有价锰的方法,涉及有价锰的回收技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1、将锰硅合金水渣进行破碎过1mm筛,得到碎渣;S2、采用硫酸对碎渣进行酸洗后过滤得到滤渣和滤液;S3、向滤液中加入除铁剂并调节pH为3.5‑3.7后进行过滤得到第二滤渣和除铁滤液。采用破碎为1mm左右的碎渣,经过酸洗后水渣形状基本不改变,硅、钙等水泥厂用元素含量基本不改变,提高了水渣价值,而且相对于传统采用研磨方式进行粉碎锰硅合金水渣,其生产成本得到了大幅度的降低,使锰的回收具有更大的价值,价值主要体现在两个方面,降低锰的回收成本,提高了滤渣作为水泥原料的品质。
