Super-tough dry-mixed mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to super-tough dry-mixed mortar and a preparation method thereof. The super-tough dry-mixed mortar comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises, by weight, 120-500 parts of cement, 2-10 parts of an additive and 0.01-10 parts of a polyhydroxy compound; the component B comprises, in parts by weight, 200-1200 parts of building sand and 0-600 parts of tailings; and a weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (1.0-4.0). The polyhydroxy compound can significantly improve the toughness and cracking resistance of concrete, so compared with traditional dry-mixed mortar, the mortar has the functional characteristics of high toughness, abrasion resistance, high damping and the like, can be used as plastering mortar for walls, grounds and the like, and can cope with the engineering problems of large-area mortar shrinkage and cracking, high temperature in summer, scouring in rainy seasons and the like; and the use of other admixtures can be greatly reduced due to the dispersion, water reduction and delayed coagulation effects of the super-tough dry-mixed mortar at normal temperature.
