Holes are formed in the coal ash slag after combustion, air can be released at high temperature to resist expansion, and the wrapped air can play a role in buffering during low-temperature shrinkage, so that the surface mortar cannot crack, water is prevented from permeating through cracks, the service life of the mortar is prolonged, and the weather resistance of the mortar is improved. The result of the embodiment shows that the mortar provided by the invention has the compressive strength of 20 MPa, the tensile adhesive strength of 0.22 MPa, the mass loss in a freezing resistance experiment of 2%, the 2h consistency loss rate of 10% and the heat conductivity coefficient of 0.56 W/(m.K).
