Dry-mixed mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses dry-mixed mortar. The dry-mixed mortar comprises ordinary Portland cement, coal ash, diabase powder, quartz sand, titanium iron ore powder, sepiolite powder, short carbon fibers, citric acid residue powder, a polymer, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, etherified starch and thickening powder. Specifically, the dry-mixed mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 110 parts of the ordinary Portland cement, 30 to 50 parts of the fly ash, 8 to 10 parts of the diabase powder, 720 to 840 parts of the quartz sand, 3 to 5 parts of the titanium iron ore powder, 6 to 8 parts of the sepiolite powder, 2 to 3 parts of the short carbon fibers, 12 to 15 parts of the citric acid residue powder, 10 to 30 parts of the polymer, 0.5 to 1.0 part of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.3 to 0.5 part of the etherified starch and 3 to 5 parts of the thickening powder. The prepared dry-mixed mortar is relatively good in crack resistance and relatively strong in water retention effect; and when the dry-mixed mortar is being prepared and the raw materials are stirred, flying of raw material dust cannot be caused, and rapid discharging is facilitated.
