High-ductility repair mortar with micro-expansibility and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-ductility repair mortar with micro-expansibility and a preparation method of the high-ductility repair mortar, and relates to the field of building materials. The high-ductility repair mortar with micro-expansibility is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 200-400 parts of cement, 200-350 parts of mineral powder, 20-50 parts of silica fume, 20-50 parts of an expanding agent, 200-600 parts of iron tailing sand, 200-400 parts of water; 130 parts of composite fibers, and 4-10 parts of a composite water reducing agent. The iron tailing sand and the composite fibers are used for replacing quartz sand and polyvinyl alcohol fibers which are commonly used in the prior art to serve as raw materials, and meanwhile, the UEA expanding agent for compensating shrinkage is added; while the cost is reduced, the strength and ductility of the molded matrix material are effectively improved, and the optimized characteristics of high strength and high ductility are achieved; and the damage of natural quartz sand mining to the ecological environment is reduced, and meanwhile, the mineral separation waste of the iron tailings is consumed to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种具有微膨胀性的高延性修补砂浆及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域。具有微膨胀性的高延性修补砂浆,按照质量份数计,由如下成分组成:水泥200~400份;矿粉200~350份;硅灰20~50份;膨胀剂20~50份;铁尾矿砂200~600份;水200~400份;复合纤维1~30份;复合减水剂4~10份。本发明使用铁尾矿砂和复合纤维代替现有技术中常用的石英砂和聚乙烯醇纤维作为原材料,同时加入了补偿收缩的UEA膨胀剂;降低成本的同时,有效提高和改善基体材料成型后的强度和可延性,达到高强度和高延性的优化特征;减小了开采天然石英砂对生态环境的破坏,同时最大限度的消纳了铁尾矿这种选矿废弃物。
