High-temperature refractory mortar with controllable expansibility and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of refractory materials, and particularly discloses expansibility-controllable high-temperature refractory mortar which comprises the following components: 30-70 wt% of runner brick reclaimed materials subjected to vacuum impregnation treatment, 10-60 wt% of mullite sand raw materials, 1-6 wt% of Guangxi mud and 3-9 wt% of aluminum waste, and the total amount of the raw materials is 100 wt%. According to the invention, the recovered runner brick subjected to vacuum impregnation treatment, the aluminum waste material and the mullite sand are used as the raw materials, so that the environmental pollution caused by stacking of a large amount of solid waste is solved; and moreover, due to the volume expansion effect accompanied by phase change of the mullite sand under the high-temperature condition, fireclay gaps can be filled more tightly, and the problem of steel seepage caused by fireclay shrinkage or untight filling under the high-temperature condition is effectively solved.
