The thermal insulation mortar is prepared from, by weight, 400-500 parts of cementing materials, 100-280 parts of quartz sand, 200-400 parts of modified waste tile particles, 7-10 parts of cellulose, 2-5 parts of water reducing agents and 2-4 parts of tackifiers; and the particle size of the modified waste tiles is 0.5-2 mm, and the accumulation area is 70-90 kg/m<3>. Vitrified waste tile aggregate and quartz sand are taken as aggregate, and Portland cement or aluminate cement is taken as a cementing material, so that resource utilization of waste tiles can be realized, and the problems of environmental pollution, resource and energy consumption and the like caused by the waste tiles can be reduced to the greatest extent; waste tiles are crushed and processed to prepare waste tile particles, through acidification, vitrification and modification, the specific surface area and porosity of the waste tile particles are increased, and the water absorption rate and the heat conductivity coefficient of the waste tile particles are reduced, so that the heat conductivity of the waste tile particles is reduced, and the heat preservation performance of the mortar is effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种利用废弃砖瓦制备的保温砂浆及其制备方法,属于建筑材料领域,本发明按重量份计包括:胶凝材料400‑500份、石英砂100‑280份、改性废弃砖瓦微粒200‑400份、纤维素7‑10份、减水剂2‑5份、增粘剂2‑4份;所述的改性废弃砖瓦粒度为0.5‑2mm,堆积面积为70‑90kg/m3;本发明以玻化废弃砖瓦骨料和石英砂为骨料,采用硅酸盐水泥或者铝酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,可以对废弃砖瓦实现资源化利用,最大限度的减轻由废弃砖瓦造成的环境污染、资源能源的消耗等问题;本发明将废弃砖瓦进行破碎加工,制备成废弃砖瓦微粒,通过酸化、玻化以及改性,增大废弃砖瓦微粒比表面积和孔隙度,降低废弃砖瓦微粒的吸水率、导热系数从而降低废弃砖瓦微粒的导热性,有效提高砂浆的保温性能。
