Preparation method of ceramic color sand matrix
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic colored sand matrix. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-50% of red mud, 10-25% of fly ash, 3-10% of shale, 5-12% of coal gangue, 1-5% of bentonite, 2-8% of talc and 4-10% of quartz; (2) respectively carrying out ball milling and sieving on the raw materials; (3) uniformly mixing the materials, adding a proper amount of water, kneading into pug, manually kneading into balls, and naturally drying; and (4) sintering the dried ball blank in a silicon carbide rod furnace. The water absorption rate of the colored sand matrix prepared by the process is about 20%, the porosity is 30-40%, the volume density is 1.8-2.2 g/cm<3>, the crushing strength is about 30 MPa, the acid resistance and alkali resistance are respectively greater than 95% and 99%, and the use requirements can be satisfied.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷彩砂基体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)按以下重量配比称取原料:赤泥40~50%,粉煤灰10~25%,页岩3~10%,煤矸石5~12%,膨润土1~5%,滑石2~8%,石英4~10%;(2)上述原料分别球磨、过筛;(3)将上述混合均匀后,加适量的水揉练成泥料,然后手工搓制成球,自然干燥;(4)将干燥后的球坯置于硅碳棒炉中烧成。本发明公开的工艺方法制备得到的彩砂基体吸水率在20%左右,气孔率在30~40%之间,体积密度在1.8~2.2g/cm3之间,压碎强度为30MPa左右,耐酸耐碱性分别大于95%和99%,能满足使用要求。
