Small microstrip filter and preparation process thereof
The invention provides a preparation process of a small microstrip filter. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: A, grinding first ceramic powder taking magnesium titanate as a main material to obtain second ceramic powder with smaller grains; B, sintering the second ceramic powder treated in the step A according to a sintering curve to obtain an initial substrate; C, grinding the initial substrate obtained in the step B to obtain a dielectric substrate which has dielectric constant epsilon r of 22 +/-0.2 and a thickness h of 0.254 +/-0.05 mm; and D, arranging a microstrip on the dielectric substrate obtained in the step C. The invention also provides the small microstrip filter. According to the invention, the dielectric substrate with the specific dielectric constant and the specific thickness is prepared, so the purpose of secondary miniaturization of the hairpin type microstrip filter is achieved under the condition that the performance of the existing hairpin type microstrip filter is not affected.
本发明提供一种小型微带滤波器的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:A、对以钛酸镁为主要材料的第一瓷粉进行研磨,以得到更小晶粒的第二瓷粉;B、将经步骤A处理后的第二瓷粉按照烧结曲线进行烧结,得到初始基板;C、对步骤B所得的初始基板进行研磨,得到介质基板,该介质基板的介电常数εr为:εr=22±0.2;该介质基板的厚度h为:h=0.254±0.05mm;D将微带设置在步骤C得到的介质基板上。本发明还提供一种小型微带滤波器。本发明通过制备具有特定介电常数和厚度的介质基板,来实现在不影响现有发卡型微带滤波器性能的情况下,将其进行二次小型化的目的。

The invention provides a preparation process of a small microstrip filter.
