Preparation process of high-strength carbon fiber reinforced high-temperature composite material
The invention provides a preparation process of a low-cost high-strength carbon fiber reinforced high-temperature composite material. The preparation process specifically comprises the following steps: S1, preparing carbon fiber needled felt by taking a chopped carbon fiber net tire as a raw material; S2, enabling the carbon source gas to generate deposited carbon in the carbon fiber needled felt through a chemical vapor impregnation process to prepare a carbon/carbon porous body; S3, machining the carbon/carbon porous body to obtain a carbon/carbon green body, and cutting the carbon/carbon green body into a carbon/carbon green body matched with the product in size; S4, infiltrating raw material silicon into the carbon/carbon green body through a reaction melt infiltration process to prepare a C/C-SiC material; and S5, sintering the C/C-SiC material in a high-pressure atmosphere by taking high-purity N2 as nitrogen source gas to prepare the high-strength carbon fiber reinforced high-temperature composite material.
