The invention relates to the technical field of pavement paving, and discloses an anti-reflection crack type heavy traffic drainage pavement paving structure, which comprises a roadbed, a cement stabilizing layer is paved at the upper end of the roadbed, a stress absorbing layer is paved at the upper end of the cement stabilizing layer, a rain guiding layer is paved at the upper end of the stress absorbing layer, and an asphalt permeable layer is paved at the upper end of the rain guiding layer. Road shoulders are arranged on the two sides of the roadbed, and water through holes are formed in the sides, corresponding to the rain guide layers, of the road shoulders; the rain guide layer comprises water guide plates, water inlet holes and through holes, the water guide plates are laid at the upper end of the stress absorption layer and are hollow, the water inlet holes are evenly formed in the upper ends of the water guide plates at equal intervals, and the two through holes are formed in the water guide plates and symmetrically formed in the side walls, close to the lower end, of the two sides of the water guide plates. The through holes in the two adjacent water guide plates correspond to each other and are communicated with each other. According to the invention, smooth drainage of the pavement can be maintained, and generation of fine cracks can be effectively avoided.
