The formwork system comprises a steel box beam bottom plate, the top face of the steel box beam bottom plate is connected with vertical steel box beam side webs and a steel box beam middle web, and a steel box beam top plate is arranged at the top of each steel box beam side web and the top of each steel box beam middle web; the steel box beam side webs on the two sides are provided with adjustable triangular support overhanging flange plate cantilever casting systems, and the cast-in-place bridge deck slab bottom flexible lossless clamping and opposite supporting bottom die supporting system is installed between the steel box beam middle web and the steel box beam side webs. The method comprises the steps of prefabricating, transporting and splicing the steel box beam segments, installing the adjustable triangular support, erecting the steel box beam and edge protection, installing the cast-in-place bridge deck, binding the steel bars, installing the embedded steel pipes, pouring and maintaining, removing the formwork and the support, and detaching the formwork and the support.
