The high-pressure water retaining reinforced concrete wall seepage-proofing structure comprises a steel plate, anchor bars, grouting pipes and a wall body, wherein a surge shaft and an accident lock chamber are located above a pressure pipeline and separated through the wall body; a plurality of overhaul door grooves are formed in the side, close to the surge shaft, of the upstream of the wall body; the accident lock chamber communicates with the pressure pipeline through an accident lock door groove; the steel plate is buried in the wall body; a plurality of sets of anchor bars are welded to the two sides of the steel plate; and the grouting pipes are buried in the peripheral edge of the steel plate. By means of the structure, seepage caused by reinforced concrete cracking can be prevented, and reliability is high.
