The construction method for treating the karst cave comprises a rotary excavating drill bit for treating the karst cave, and further comprises the following steps that a construction site is surveyed, and a steel casing is buried; a common drill bit is carried for drilling and soil taking to the position of the karst cave; soil taken out by a rotary excavator is backfilled; the common drill bit is replaced with the rotary excavating drill bit for treating the karst cave through the rotary excavator, and the rotary excavating drill bit downwards squeezes soil in a pile hole to be dense; a drill rod of the rotary excavator drives the rotary excavating drill bit for treating the karst cave to continuously squeeze the soil in the karst cave from top to bottom of the karst cave; and backfilling is carried out to the top of the karst cave, and the soil in the karst cave is squeezed to be dense again; after the karst cave is treated, a reinforcement cage is put down, and concrete pouring is carried out; and after concrete pouring is finished, a driving and pulling machine is adopted for pulling out the steel casing. According to the construction method for treating the karst cave, the hole rotating procedure is added, the soil of the karst cave is densely filled, and the subsequent drilling and pouring procedures are carried out.
