Cast-in-situ bored pile construction method under karst cave extreme development geology
The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile construction method under the extreme development geology of a karst cave. The cast-in-situ bored pile construction method comprises the steps that a positioning pile casing is buried after geological exploration; when penetrating through the soft stratum, the rotary drilling rig stops working to form a rotary drilling hole, and an outer-layer pile casing is arranged downwards to the rotary drilling hole; the rotary drilling rig is replaced with a percussion drill for percussion drilling, the top, the karst cave area and the cave bottom of the karst cave are punctured in sequence, drilling is stopped until the distance between the percussion drill and the cave bottom is 0.5 +/-0.2 m, and a percussion drill hole is formed; an inner-layer pile casing is placed in the outer-layer pile casing and the impact drill hole, and bottom sealing concrete is poured between the inner-layer pile casing and the bottom of the karst cave; and after the bottom sealing concrete is hardened, follow-up construction is carried out until cast-in-situ bored pile construction is completed. The double-layer pile casing protection measure is adopted, the outer-layer pile casing effectively prevents a soft layer from collapsing, the inner-layer pile casing and the bottom sealing concrete effectively isolate the pile hole and a karst cave backfilling area around the hole, backfilled soil and stone are prevented from collapsing and invading concrete in the concrete pouring process, and the pile foundation pouring quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种溶洞极端发育地质下的钻孔灌注桩施工方法,包括:地质勘探后埋设定位护筒;旋挖钻机穿过软弱地层时停止作业形成旋挖钻孔,下设外层护筒至旋挖钻孔;将旋挖钻机更换为冲击钻机进行冲击钻进,依次击穿溶洞的洞顶、溶洞区和洞底,直至冲击至距离洞底0.5±0.2m停止钻进,形成冲击钻孔;在外层护筒内以及冲击钻孔内下放内层护筒,在内层护筒和溶洞的洞底之间浇筑封底混凝土;待封底混凝土硬化后进行后续施工直至完成钻孔灌注桩施工。本发明采用双层护筒防护措施,外层护筒有效防止软弱层坍塌,内层护筒和封底混凝土有效隔绝桩孔和孔周溶洞回填区,避免在混凝土浇筑过程中回填土石坍塌侵入混凝土,保证桩基浇筑质量。
