The invention relates to a pipe body structure suitable for soil sampling of a mud jacking tank and a soil sampling device. The pipe body structure comprises a suction assembly and a conveying pipe fitting, wherein the suction assembly comprises a suction pipe used for sucking silt in the mud jacking tank; the conveying pipe fitting comprises a silt discharging pipe communicating with one end of the suction pipe and a gas conveying pipe communicating with the suction pipe; and the gas conveying pipe is used for communicating with a positive pressure mechanism and guiding positive pressure provided by the positive pressure mechanism into the suction pipe so that the silt can be discharged from the mud jacking tank through the silt discharging pipe. Gas is introduced into the suction assembly through the gas conveying pipe in the conveying pipe fitting, that is, the positive pressure mechanism provides the positive pressure for the interior of the suction pipe through the gas conveying pipe, water in the mud jacking tank is lifted to the upper end of the suction pipe from the lower end of the suction pipe under the action of pressure intensity and then discharged out of the mud jacking tank along the silt discharging pipe, the silt in the mud jacking tank is discharged along with the water at the same time, and thus the purpose of soil sampling of the mud jacking tank is achieved; and in addition, the pipe body structure saves space and is convenient to lift and descend.
