The maintenance of each working well comprises a plurality of reinforced concrete fender posts and a plurality of Larsen steel sheet piles; a plurality of continuous Larsen steel sheet piles are adopted as end soil body enclosures on the face, used for penetrating in or out of a jacking pipe, of each jacking pipe working well; during pipe jacking, the positions, needing to be provided with a plurality of continuous Larsen steel sheet piles serving as end soil body enclosures, of each pipe jacking working well are positioned firstly, then construction grooves are dug out, and all corresponding Larsen steel sheet piles are inserted to serve as the end soil body enclosures; secondly, all Larsen steel sheet piles are driven one by one; thirdly, earthwork is excavated, and soil protection is backfilled; and finally, when the distance between the pipe jacking machine and the end soil body enclosure is 0.5 m, the corresponding Larsen steel sheet piles are pulled out.
