The invention relates to a concrete construction method, and particularly relates to a construction method for pouring raft foundation mass concrete through a small-angle ultra-long chute. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a raft reinforcing mesh designed according to prefabricated mass concrete is bound on the construction ground; S2, the erecting inclination angle, the maximum erecting length and the erecting position of the chute are determined according to the condition of a construction site, and then the chute provided with a discharging port and a discharging port is erected, wherein the erecting inclination angle of the chute is larger than or equal to 20 degrees; S3, a flow guide mechanism communicating with the discharging port and/or the discharging port is erected at the discharging port and/or the discharging port of the chute; and S4, the stirred concrete is placed at a feeding port of a chute device, and the concrete passes through the chute under the action of gravity and is finally guided to all designated pouring positions through the flow guide mechanism. The construction method is high in efficiency and wide in application range.
本发明涉及一种混凝土施工方法,尤其涉及一种小角度超长溜槽浇筑筏板基础大体积混凝土施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在施工地面绑扎根据预造大体积混凝土设计的筏板钢筋网;S2、根据施工场地状况确定溜槽的搭设倾斜角度、最大的搭设长度及搭设位置,然后搭设设有下料口和出料口的溜槽;所述溜槽的搭设倾斜角度大于或等于20°;S3在溜槽的下料口和/或出料口搭设与其连通的导流机构;S4、将搅拌好的混凝土置于溜槽装置的进料口处,混凝土在重力作用下经过溜槽,最后经导流机构导流到各个指定浇注位置。本施工方法效率高,适用范围广。
