The invention discloses a concrete pouring device and a raft foundation pouring method. The concrete pouring device comprises a tank car, a chute main pipe and a plurality of vertical chutes, wherein the tank car is used for stirring concrete; an upper pipe opening of the chute main pipe communicates with a discharging opening of the tank car, the chute main pipe is arranged in a downward inclined mode, and a plurality of conveying openings are formed in the pipe wall of the chute main pipe; and the plurality of vertical chutes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of conveying openings, upper pipe openings of the vertical chutes communicate with the conveying openings through collecting hoppers, the collecting hoppers are used for opening or closing the conveying openings, and lower pipe openings of the vertical chutes are located above a raft foundation. According to the concrete pouring device, through cooperation of the chute main pipe, the vertical chutes and the collecting hoppers, concrete pouring can be rapidly conducted on different areas, the situation that in the prior art, a tank car enters a tank to conduct pouring and pumps concrete is avoided, the construction difficulty is lowered, and meanwhile the concrete pouring efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开一种混凝土浇筑装置及筏板基础浇筑方法,所述混凝土浇筑装置包括:罐车,用于混凝土的搅拌;溜管主管,所述溜管主管的上管口与所述罐车的出料口连通,所述溜管主管向下倾斜设置,且所述溜管主管的管壁开设有多个输送口;多个竖向溜管,与多个所述输送口一一对应设置,所述竖向溜管的上管口与所述输送口通过集料斗连通,所述集料斗用于打开或关闭所述输送口,所述竖向溜管的下管口位于所述筏板基础的上方。本发明中的混凝土浇筑装置通过溜管主管、竖向溜管以及集料斗之间的配合,就能实现快速对不同的区域进行混凝土浇筑,避免了现有技术中的罐车入场浇筑以及泵输送混凝土,降低了施工难度的同时还能提高混凝土的浇筑效率。
