The invention discloses a strong permeable stratum anti-seepage method for pump station construction. The method includes the steps that S1, a contour line of a foundation pit and a to-be-grouted area of the foundation pit are determined, and a horizontal grouting hole of the to-be-grouted area is determined, and the grouting hole is located below the elevation of a pump station to be excavated and horizontally penetrates through the bottom of the foundation pit; S2, a drill rod is adopted as a grouting pipe, in the drilling process, the concentration of cement paste is gradually increased, and the grouting pressure of the cement paste is gradually increased until a horizontal sealing bottom is formed at the bottom of the foundation pit; S3, after horizontal bottom sealing is completed, a rectangular vertical curtain is formed on the periphery of the foundation pit through a jet grouting pile construction method; and S4, gaps between the vertical curtain and the horizontal sealing bottom are connected in a pressure grouting mode, and grout for pressure grouting is formed by mixing water, cement, fly ash and bentonite.
