Expansion water retaining bar and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an expansion water retaining bar and a construction method thereof. The expansion water retaining bar comprises a water retaining bar body and a rubber strip, wherein the rubber strip is provided with a fixing part in the horizontal direction, the top and the bottom of the water retaining bar body are provided with mounting grooves in the horizontal direction, the fixing part is fixedly connected in the mounting grooves, and positioning holes are formed in the two ends of the rubber strip. The method comprises the following steps that a, a first concrete structure is poured; b, a water retaining bar positioning device is installed; c, the expansion water retaining bar is installed; d, the expansion water retaining bar is supported; and e, a second concrete structure is poured. According to the expansion water retaining bar and the construction method thereof, the positioning holes in the two ends of the rubber strip are led into positioning blocks of the water retaining bar positioning device, at the moment, the expansion water retaining bar is tightly attached to the first concrete structure, then glue is arranged at the contact parts of the positioning blocks and the rubber strip, so that the expansion water retaining bar is fixed on the water retaining bar positioning device, then the expansion water retaining bar is fixed on the first concrete structure, the expansion water retaining bar is prevented from being fixed by nails, and therefore the structure of the expansion water retaining bar cannot be damaged.
本发明公开了一种膨胀挡水条及其施工方法，包括挡水条本体和橡胶条，橡胶条设有水平方向的固定部，挡水条本体的顶部和底部均设有水平方向的安装槽，固定部固定连接在安装槽中，橡胶条的两端设有定位孔。该方法包括：a、浇筑第一混凝土结构；b、安装挡水条定位装置；c、安装膨胀挡水条；d、对膨胀挡水条进行支撑；e、浇筑第二混凝土结构。本发明将橡胶条两端的定位孔通入到挡水条定位装置的定位块上，此时膨胀挡水条紧贴在第一混凝土结构上，再在定位块和橡胶条的接触部位设置胶水，使得膨胀挡水条固定在挡水条定位装置上，进而使得膨胀挡水条固定在第一混凝土结构上，避免了钉子对膨胀挡水条进行固定，这样可不破坏膨胀挡水条的自身结构。
