The invention relates to an urban underground sewage pipeline laying system. The urban underground sewage pipeline laying system comprises a sewage branch pipe, rainwater branch pipes, a rainwater permeation structure, an intercepting well structure, a sewage discharging main pipe and a rainwater main pipe, wherein the plurality of rainwater branch pipes are communicated with the sewage branch pipe; the rainwater permeation structure is arranged at a rainwater opening; a water outlet end of the rainwater permeation structure communicates with the rainwater branch pipes; the intercepting well structure is arranged on the sewage branch pipe; an intercepting water outlet end of the intercepting well structure communicates with the sewage discharging main pipe; the sewage discharging main pipe communicates with a sewage treatment plant; an overflowing water outlet end of the intercepting well structure communicates with the rainwater main pipe; and the rainwater main pipe communicates with a natural water body. According to the urban underground sewage pipeline laying system provided by the invention, any power source is not adopted and a power-free structure is used for realizing flow-splitting discharging of rainwater and sewage, so that the water discharging capability of an urban water discharging system is improved and the treatment load of the sewage treatment plant in rainy days is effectively alleviated; and meanwhile, pollution to the natural water body is reduced and energy saving and environment protection are realized.
