The rainwater collecting mechanisms are used for collecting rainwater, the rainwater can be conveniently used when needed, renewable resources are reasonably utilized, and the purpose of reducing energy consumption is achieved; and after the water storage tanks are full of the collected rainwater, the rainwater is discharged through drainage pipes, and the situation that the rainwater overflows from the rainwater collecting mechanisms, consequently, a large amount of rainwater is accumulated on a roof, the building house is affected with damp, and the living life of the building house is affected is avoided.
