The invention discloses a prefabricated wall. The prefabricated wall comprises a main body, wherein the main body is internally provided with reinforcing steel bars which are staggered transversely and longitudinally and a cast-in-place cavity which is at least located at the bottom of the main body; the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars of the main body comprise a front longitudinal reinforcing steel bar and a rear longitudinal reinforcing steel bar which are at least arranged along the thickness direction of the main body; the bottoms of the front and rear longitudinal reinforcing steel bars stretch out from concrete parts at the front and rear sides of the bottom of the cast-in-place cavity respectively; and the stretching end parts are sealed through a connecting rib. The invention further provides a connecting structure and a connecting method of upper and lower layer walls adopting the prefabricated wall, and a mold for manufacturing the connecting structure.
