The invention discloses a shower room with a barrier-free drainage floor drain. The shower room comprises a shower room body, a groove is formed in the bottom of the shower room body, and a floor drain assembly is arranged in the groove. According to the shower room with the barrier-free drainage floor drain, the conditions of backflow, odor returning and the like can be prevented, through rotary connection of supporting rods and the arrangement of a floating ball, when the resistance of opening and closing rotation of a baffle is increased due to long-term use, the baffle can be driven to be further opened through the buoyancy of the floating ball in water flow, when no water flow exists, the baffle and an opening are buckled through the double gravity action of the baffle and the floating ball, then barrier-free drainage of the floor drain is achieved, the water flow can flow through a conical surface through hole, and then the water leakage efficiency is not affected; and through clearance fit of a vertical rod and a vertical cylinder and arrangement of a spring, a conical disc can be taken out by opening a sieve plate, so that the conical disc is convenient to clean, filtering continuity is guaranteed, a showering person can take a shower in a sitting posture, and articles and the like can be placed.
