The invention provides a preparation method of black bioactive ceramic dressing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing an antibacterial layer; dissolving PVA in water, adding MXene, stirring, filtering to obtain first composite gel, and performing vacuum drying on the first composite gel to obtain a micro-current layer; adding magnesium powder into the white bioactive ceramic powder to be mixed, then placing the mixture in a furnace and calcining under protective gas, and obtaining black bioactive ceramic powder; dissolving black bioactive ceramic powder in a carbomer solution, uniformly stirring and filtering to obtain second composite gel, and performing vacuum drying to obtain a black bioactive ceramic layer; inoculating acetobacter xylinum into a culture medium for culture, cleaning after culture is finished, soaking in an alkaline solution, cleaning again after soaking is finished, and sterilizing and slitting to obtain a bacterial cellulose membrane; preparing a backing layer; preparing a finished product. An infection-free environment is provided for wound healing; inflammatory response is reduced, revascularization is promoted, and the wound epithelization process is accelerated; the wound healing is accelerated.
