Novel ceramic tile adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel tile adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The tile adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials: 0 to 110 g of river sand, 80 to 240 g of marble powder, 30 to 104 g of cement powder, 60 to 70 g of water, 1.6 to 2.0 g of calcium formate, 0.7 to 1.1 g of konjac glucomannan and 0.1 to 0.5 g of redispersible latex powder. The marble powder is used for replacing all or part of river sand to improve the bonding strength and slip resistance of the tile adhesive, and the natural polysaccharide konjac glucomannan is used for replacing all or part of traditional hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose additive to improve the water retention property, thickening property and cohesiveness of the tile adhesive and reduce the economic cost. By reutilization of the marble powder, full cyclic utilization of raw materials in the marble mine mining and processing process can be realized, so that the influence of the marble powder on the environment in the marble mine mining and processing process is reduced; in addition, the marble powder replaces a non-renewable resource, namely river sand, and has a promoting effect on environmental protection; the method is simple in process, and economic benefits are increased.
