Ceramic tile adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic tile adhesive and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts by weight of quartz sand, 38 to 42 parts by weight of ordinary Portland cement, 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of fly ash, 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of a workability enhancer, 0.5 to 0.8 part by weight of an early strength agent, 0.2 to 0.8 part by weight of cellulose ether, 0.04 to 0.1 part by weight of magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.04 to 0.06 part by weight of starch ether and 0.03 to 0.07 part by weight of an adhesion enhancer. The adhesive reinforcing agent is prepared from latex powder, 3-amino-2, 2-dimethyl propionamide and a porous nano material according to the weight ratio of 1 to (0.5 to 0.8) to (0.3 to 0.6). The preparation method of the ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following steps: obtaining the porous nano material, obtaining the adhesive reinforcing agent and obtaining the ceramic tile adhesive. The ceramic tile adhesive produced by the invention can keep relatively good bonding strength in environments with different temperature changes.
