The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses micro-expansive concrete applied in winter and a preparation method of the micro-expansive concrete. The micro-expansive concrete applied in winter comprises water, cement, fly ash, machine-made sand, natural sand, gravel, an anti-freezing agent and a composite admixture, wherein the composite admixture comprises an expanding agent, calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and cetyl alcohol. The preparation method comprises the steps of heating 25%-35% of water to the temperature of 40-45 DEG C, and mixing the water with the composite admixture and the anti-freezing agent to obtain an aqueous solution of the admixture; heating the rest amount of water to the temperature of 75-85 DEG C, and then adding the aggregate; and adding the rest raw materials and the aqueous solution of the admixture. The micro-expansive concrete applied in winter has the advantage of obviously improving the crack resistance of the concrete in a low-temperature environment in winter.
