High-temperature-resistant concrete based on iron tailings and steel slag powder
The invention discloses high-temperature-resistant concrete based on iron tailings and steel slag powder. The high-temperature-resistant concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1040-1060 parts of diorite porphyrite coarse aggregate; 650-700 parts of Zhilong porphyrite machine-made sand; 100-150 parts of high-temperature-resistant ceramsite sand; 230-260 parts of cement; 185-195 parts of a mineral admixture; 10-30 parts of a conditioning agent; 4.5-5 parts of an additive; 5-6 parts of high-temperature-resistant inorganic fibers; and 160-165 parts of water. According to the high-temperature-resistant concrete, the iron tailing diorite porphyrite is used as the aggregate, the melting temperature of the iron tailing diorite porphyrite is high, so that the aggregate has good volume stability at a high temperature, and meanwhile, the high-temperature-resistant ceramsite sand is doped into the aggregate, so that the high temperature resistance of the aggregate and the strength of the material can be further improved; besides, the high-temperature-resistant concrete uses the steel slag powder as a cementing material, so that the content of a hydration product Ca(OH)2 of the cementing material can be reduced, and the decomposition rate of the hydration product of a cementing system in a high-temperature environment is reduced; and finally, inorganic high-temperature-resistant fibers are used in the high-temperature-resistant concrete, and the inorganic high-temperature-resistant fibers are good in cohesiveness with cement paste.
