Method for preparing underground cemented filling material by fully utilizing fine-fraction gold tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing an underground cemented filling material by fully utilizing fine-grained gold tailings. The method comprises the following steps: preparing cementing powder, wherein the cementing powder comprises the following components: 60-80.4 wt% of blast furnace water-quenched slag, 4-5 wt% of lime, 14.3-15.3 wt% of gypsum and 0.3 wt% of mirabilite; and mixing the cementing powder with gold tailings containing fine-fraction tailings according to a mass ratio of 1:(6-8), wherein the mortar concentration is 58-65%, and the particle size of the fine-fraction tailings is 0.038 mm or less. The method can be used for filling all tailings and filling fine-fraction tailings with the particle size of 0.038 mm or below, so that a cemented filling body has high strength; blast furnace water-quenched slag steelmaking byproducts and gypsum are desulfurized gypsum and are industrial byproducts, main raw materials are relatively low in price and relatively wide in source, and the total cost is relatively low; and the cement has high strength and can meet the requirements of mine production.
