The invention discloses silicon carbide slurry using a waste silicon carbide deck. The silicon carbide slurry comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of fine powder of the waste silicon carbide deck; 20%-40% of 97 silicon carbide fine powder; 20%-40% of 90 silicon carbide fine powder; 2%-4% of metal silicon powder; 1.5%-2.5% of silica powder; 3%-5% of Guangxi white mud; 0.8%-1.2% of an inhibitor; the total mass percent of the raw materials is 100%. 25-35 wt% of an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is added as a binding agent. The obtained slurry has the advantages of full mortar joints and appropriate bonding time. The adhesive is high in normal-temperature bonding strength and medium-high-temperature bonding strength, high in refractoriness under load and high in heat conductivity coefficient, and does not emit pungent smell in the using process. The waste silicon carbide deck is fully utilized, secondary utilization of solid waste resources is achieved, and the cost is reduced. An aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is adopted as a binding agent, so that the pollution problem of a resin binding agent is avoided.
本发明公开了一种利用废弃碳化硅棚板的碳化硅质泥浆,其组成按质量百分数计如下:废弃碳化硅棚板细粉20%~40%;97碳化硅细粉20%~40%;90碳化硅细粉20%~40%;金属硅粉2%~4%;硅微粉1.5%~2.5%;广西白泥3%~5%;抑制剂0.8%~1.2%;以上原料合计质量百分数为100%;外加25~35wt%的磷酸二氢铝溶液作为结合剂。本发明所得泥浆具有灰缝饱满,粘接时间合适。常温粘结强度及中高温粘接强度高,荷重软化温度高,导热系数高,且使用过程中不散发刺激性气味。充分利用了废弃碳化硅棚板,做到了固废资源二次利用,降低了成本。采用磷酸二氢铝溶液作为结合剂,避免树脂类结合剂的污染问题。
